How Heyvoxa handles account access, outreach permissions and optional tracking.
Account access
Heyvoxa uses Firebase Authentication for email and Google sign-in. Keep your sign-in details private and use your Google account security settings when signing in with Google.
Outreach permissions
Connecting an email account requires authorization. In the outreach workspace, drafts are reviewed before sending. Disconnect an account when you no longer want Heyvoxa to use it.
Optional measurement
Usage analytics and advertising measurement have separate choices. You can reject either without losing access to essential sign-in features. Change your choices on our cookie preferences page.
Data questions and security reports
For account deletion requests, data questions or a suspected security issue, email hello@heyvoxa.com. Do not include passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal data in your report.
